The plan for carbon neutrality in Seattle
Here's an interesting article from the Worldchanging website (with that name, they had better be doing SOMETHING) that details what it would take for the city of Seattle to become carbon-neutral by 2030. They compare our efforts to Copenhagen's, and talk about realistic goals we can set and how to go about achieving them. Check it out.
